I decided to put that claim to the test. To my surprise, (especially as I am a somewhat failed exerciser) I found that it's true. I may not be very good at any of it, but putting in the effort I find I am getting more and more out of the DVD.

The explanations of the postures are all very clear and concise, and the demonstrations are simple to follow. The classes are well put together and relaxing, and again it's all very easy to catch on. Well worth it.

This DVD hits the spot whether you're a beginner or more experienced. Let's face it - nothing beats attending a real live yoga session but this DVD comes closer to it than any other I've watched. The hands-on teaching from Sam and Doug, where they correct pupils' positions and movements, really ensures that you are doing exactly the right thing.

The first 'class' is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners, and the second will suit those with some previous experience. Having said that, my 23 year old son, who has never attended a class before, has practiced to this DVD and can now comfortable enjoy the more advanced class after just a few weeks.

A really well-produced, relaxed but professional DVD - I highly recommend it.

lmost as good as the real thing. Play this DVD and you can imagine you are in a real live yoga class with Sam and Doug stood beside you guiding you to the correct positions.
This DVD is good for everyone whether you are a yoga nut or didn't even think you were interested in yoga. The postures are explained and demonstrated clearly. You can take part in a beginners class or an intermediate class. And you don't have to be fit or bendy or have tried yoga before - just do what you can and enjoy.
Excellent DVD - definitely worth a look.

I've been using this DVD for about 3 months and still enjoy it! The posture section is great as it takes you through each posture slowly explaining the benefits gained. There are two classes to follow and each one is only 36 minutes so easy to fit in with busy schedules. I recommend this product for beginners and intermediates it's great!!
